A huge question that always pops up. 'I am in such a good working out routine and now I am going on a holiday'.
First of all: Enjoy your holiday!
If you want to enjoy the delicious buffet of your hotel with a great wine, go ahead! (just be aware of the consequences)
If you want to keep excercising but there's nowhere a gym, that's fine.
Hike. Walk. Run. Swim. Another 'routine' can be very exhausting and your body is thankful for new and different movements.
And by the way, it is also okay to get a few extra pounds...(not kilo's).
So go and enjoy that vacay, come back recovered and try some new movements.
