Excuses excuses...

" I had such a busy day", " I haven't seen my dad in 6 weeks", "I work 12 hours a day", "I am tired", these are typical excuses that we say when it comes to comitting to your trainings.
I know that you are working a lot and that you are tired, but you aren't goint to feel better if you stay in a negative spirale of sitting 12h on a chair in front of a computer, sitting in the car to get home and sitting on the couch after work because you are tired. It is hard to get motivation to train, especially when you don't know what th f*!? you are doing.
That's why there are trainers that love to help you and also tell you that lying to yourself with all those excuses is not going to bring you to your goals.
It doesn't matter if you want to loose weight, if you want to gain weight, if you want to be able to do a pull up or improve your condition. It is always you versus you and you have to beat that inner beast that keeps you on the couch.
Go out for a walk, for a run, add some push ups, some squats. You are done in 30 minutes. That's a great way to start!
