Yup. Super simple, quickly made and a healthy in-between.
8 spoons of oat
30gr protein powder (f.e. Foodspring raspberry)
50gr frozen berries of your choice
1 hint of baking powder
vanilla or cinnamon if you like
Mash the bananas, add the egg, oat, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla or cinnamon in a large bowl and mix it until it is a homogenized dough.
Gently add the frozen berries and fill this dough in your (buttered) muffin forms. If you have silicone forms you do not need to butter these.
Bake in the pre-heated oven (180 degrees celsius) for about 18-20min.
